15+ years building software, from writing C++ to running engineering organizations. Today I architect and code agentic AI systems at DocuOrbit, and lead the team that ships them. Before that, I built and steered four engineering teams (52 engineers) behind a platform serving 10M+ users. Earlier, I built a hardware-software team from scratch and took 4 product lines (12 devices) from concept to the US market, covering architecture, prototyping, software, FDA/CE certification and transfer to manufacturing.

AI & Agentic Systems

I’m building DocuOrbit, an AI platform that automates messy enterprise workflows. I design and write much of the core myself: multi-agent orchestration, RAG, evaluation and human review loops. I also hire and grow the team, but I still spend a good part of my week in the code.

Consumer Platforms at Scale

At Albertsons I ran engineering for a multi-brand consumer platform with 10M+ users, leading four teams of 52 engineers. I owned the architecture and the platform modernization. Two results I’m proud of are 32% fewer order cancellations and an 8% higher average order value.

End-to-End Product Engineering

I built a hardware and software team from scratch and shipped 4 product lines (12 devices) to the US market. We did everything ourselves: architecture, prototypes, software, FDA/CE certification, and handing it all off to the factory floor.
